For Grilling Meats:  Great on Beef, Chicken, Pork, Fish, Lamb & Seafood

Rinse meat in cold water then pat dry with paper towels (optional)
Rub a generous portion of Sweet Heat to both sides of meat
Grill immediately or allow to sit for one to five minutes.
Eat, Smile, and if unavoidable Share.

For Fried foods:  Great on Shrimp, Fish, Chicken, or anything fried.

Combine one part Sweet Heat with three parts bread crumbs
In a separate bowl combine one part milk with one egg and mix well
Dip into milk-egg mixture and roll in bread crumb-Sweet Heat mixture
Fry till golden brown
